By accessing or using BIOS AI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
BIOS AI provides an AI-powered business diagnosis and workflow intelligence platform. The Platform analyzes operational data to detect bottlenecks, generate insights, and recommend improvements. Services are provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms.

The Platform, including its code, design, algorithms, and AI models, is the intellectual property of BIOS AI. You retain ownership of any business data you upload. We do not claim ownership over your data. You grant us a license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
BIOS AI provides AI-generated insights and recommendations. These are advisory in nature and should not be the sole basis for business decisions. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or outcomes of AI-generated analysis. You are responsible for independently verifying recommendations before implementation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BIOS AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We will provide a reasonable period to export your data upon request.
These terms are governed by the laws of Myanmar. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Yangon, Myanmar.
